Our STEAM Day unites the entire junior secondary school through immersive, hands-on workshops. Form 1 students apply physics and engineering principles to design and build their own racing rocket cars, while Form 2 students explore aerodynamics through hovercraft building. Each workshop seamlessly integrates knowledge across multiple disciplines. Grounded in collaborative learning, these activities empower students with different strengths to contribute meaningfully within their teams, growing together through shared effort and accomplishment.

For students eager to deepen their STEAM learning, our small-group enrichment courses open doors to cutting-edge technologies – spanning physical computing and programming, including micro:bit and Python, to applied innovation in the Internet of Things and AI-powered app development. Learning Out Loud: STEAM in the Spotlight
Showcasing STEAM learning is a vital part of every student’s growth. When students step into the role of teacher, knowledge becomes truly internalised, inspiring their peers to explore further. At our recent School Information Day, student helpers brought STEAM to life through a series of engaging, self-led activities, including drone flying experiences, a student-designed buzz wire challenge and a catapult-making workshop. Each activity reflected a spirit of creativity and sense of ownership that STEAM education cultivates.
