Our school's physical education curriculum not only includes athletics and fitness classes to enhance students' physical fitness but also offers training in coordination, discipline, and teamwork through activities such as softball, hockey, and various ball games. We also provide gymnastics, social dancing, tennis, swimming, bowling, and other newly emerged sports, such as golf and Tai Chi. Through various events, such as the annual athletics meet, inter-school competitions and other contests, we broaden students' horizons and help them choose suitable sports, thus assisting them in achieving the goal of one sport for a lifetime.
Our school maintains a diverse range of sports teams, including volleyball, basketball, swimming, athletics, cross-country, badminton, table tennis, fencing, and football. This academic year, several teams demonstrated exceptional prowess in inter-school competitions, achieving notable success across both team and individual categories.
In team events, the Boys’ Volleyball (Grade A) team clinches the championship, while the Girls’ Badminton (Grade A) team secures the first runner-up position. Our individual athletes are equally successful. The Girls’ Athletics team earns two gold medals—one of which sets a new competition record—and our swimmers amass two championships, two first runners-up, and two second runners-up, also establishing a new record in the process.
